I&#039;ve been using a Facebook app called Visual Bookshelf for a while now, I fed it my reading for the last 6+ years, so there&#039;s probably a few things you&#039;d like in there....

On the &quot;hard scifi&quot; front - Alastair Reynolds, Vernor Vinge, not forgetting Gibson and Stephenson

On the wackier front - China Mieville, Charles Stross, anything by John Brunner or Philip K. Dick

On the fantasy front - &quot;Curse of Chalion&quot; and &quot;Paladin of Souls&quot; by Lois McMaster Bujold, and &quot;Ash&quot; by Mary Gentle were entertainingly different.

Oh, and anything by Chuck Palahniuk is worth a read.</description>
